Abstract |
This paper examines one of the most controversial issues that attracted researchers, that is to say, reproductive health. It is an attempt to examine its compatibility with the soul of Islamic Shari’a, which draws benefit to women, family, and society. The paper discusses people’s rights of: - Enjoying safe sexual life. - Having children. -Enjoying health services. It also examines more controversial issues, such as: - Early marriage. - Relatives marriage. |
